Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the end-to-end process for outlook and actuals reporting
Support the team during annual planning, quarterly close processes and other strategic initiatives
Drive data integrity and governance standards across global marketing
Lead financial reporting adjustments and historical data restatements
Track and update spend reports and executive decks
Partner with the Functional Strategy & Planning and Finance & Strategy teams to manage budget execution
Serve as a key insights resource for business partners within marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing Strategy, Operations, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field
6+ years of experience in Finance, Analytics, and/or Business Operations
Motivated, proactive self-starter able to work independently
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce Analytics)
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leaders
Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality execution
Knowledge of GAAP based accounting recognition policies preferred
