Senior Manager, Alliances & Channels
SalesforceSenior Manager driving partner-led growth for the TMT HRE segment at Salesforce. Collaborating with global consulting partners and aligning strategic objectives while managing high-caliber teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the NNAOV responsibility of the TMT HRE segment
- Define and operationalize the common growth threads across CME, Hi Tech, HRE and Pub sec
- Identify and activate whitespace opportunities in collaboration with Industry PSMs
- Engage with the respective industry leads of the large 4 consulting partners
- Align with the key segment S&D stakeholders on priorities and value drivers
- Operate in a hands-on manner while enabling and mentoring Industry PSMs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15-18 years of experience across alliances, sales, strategy and business development
- People management experience is a plus
- Experience working with multiple teams driving outcomes in a collaborative manner
- Ability to think strategically and develop compelling plans for new initiatives
- Working knowledge of Salesforce technology and SaaS, PaaS, and aPaaS markets
- Willingness to travel as required
