Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and lifecycle of Salesforce's end-to-end recruiting technology ecosystem
Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all recruiting
Conduct market research and stakeholder discovery to identify opportunities
Manage and monitor recruiting technology vendor relationships
Engage with cross-functional teams to drive product development from ideation to delivery
Own the product roadmap for Salesforce's core recruiting platforms
Use data and analytics to drive product decisions and improve user experience
Present product updates and performance reports to executives

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-8+ years of product management experience in HR or Recruiting Tech
Proven track record of managing products from conception to launch
Experience working with business operations and leadership, engineers, and designers to deliver product solutions.
Familiarity with applicant tracking, candidate relationship management, and recruiting assessment platforms
Bachelor's degree or related experience
