Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.
Design and optimize workflows that incorporate generative AI, machine learning, automation, and intelligent knowledge retrieval.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operational functions, leveraging AI technologies to reduce manual effort and increase scalability.
Monitor emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications aligned with organizational goals.
Drive adoption of new Salesforce capabilities (Agentforce, Tableau, Data Cloud) within operations workflows.
Support and enhance systems, tools, and processes used for bid management, proposal development, framework management, and contract-related operations.
Manage and improve knowledge repositories, content libraries, and structured information sources used across operational functions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience supporting operational systems, business process improvement, workflow automation, or technology enablement initiatives.
Understanding of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), automation platforms, and AI-enabled business processes.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
Familiarity with AI platforms, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow automation tools, and API integrations.
