What you’ll need

10+ years leading leadership development, manager transformation, workforce transformation, organizational effectiveness, or learning strategy in large, global organizations.
Proven success translating enterprise strategy into scalable capability solutions that improve manager effectiveness and business performance.
Experience designing or integrating AI-enabled learning, coaching, workflow, or talent technologies into a leadership or capability ecosystem.
Strong systems thinking and a product mindset, with the ability to connect talent, technology, organizational design, and business outcomes across a complex, matrixed organization.
Experience leading enterprise-level change management for AI adoption or workforce reskilling initiatives is a plus.
Deep familiarity with learning science, workforce transformation research, or future-of-work frameworks is a plus.
Track record of executive-level stakeholder influence and simplifying complex ideas into practical leadership behaviors.
