Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver career coaching experiences aligned to the Grow and Retain Critical Talent priority.
Support employees in clarifying career goals, identifying growth opportunities, and taking action on development plans.
Partner with Talent, Employee Success Business Partners (ESBPs), managers, and business stakeholders to connect coaching to key talent moments.
Use AI tools to improve coaching experiences.
Manage program delivery end to end - building project plans, tracking outcomes, preparing stakeholder updates, and using data and feedback to measure impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in talent development, career development, learning and development, HR/Employee Success, or organizational development.
strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders to deliver results.
experience supporting coaching, career development, leadership development, or employee growth initiatives.
ability to translate strategy into clear plans and measurable outcomes.
strong communication, data literacy, and stakeholder management skills.
