About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, deliver, and manage high-impact, interactive customer workshops.
Design and develop sophisticated Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Technology (PoTs).
Collaborate directly with customer technical and business teams to build prototype solutions, ensuring a deep sense of co-ownership and technical validation.
Articulate complex AI architectures and Agentic Use Cases into tangible business value summaries that resonate with C-level financial executives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong fluency in modern AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and autonomous agent architectures.
Proven experience building with modern AI tools, low-code/pro-code AI builders, and specifically AgentForce or equivalent autonomous agent frameworks.
Comfort working within complex development orgs and customer sandbox environments; ability to safely configure, test, and deploy prototype solutions.
Deep understanding of the Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance verticals, including their unique operational workflows, compliance considerations, and customer pain points.
Ability to identify and define Agentic Use Cases (e.g., automated loan underwriting support, autonomous wealth advisory assistants, claims processing agents) and map them directly to business ROI.
Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with a track record of managing technical workshops for both highly technical and non-technical business audiences.
