Field Marketing Lead – Top Accounts, Program Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute high-touch Top Account marketing programs for South Asia's top enterprise accounts
- Partner with enterprise sales teams and regional leadership to identify priority accounts, map stakeholders, and build engagement plans aligned to pipeline objectives
- Drive the South Asia marketing cadence — weekly meetings, pipeline reviews, and 7-country business reviews
- Own communications for all marketing-led and marketing-supported field events, ensuring consistent messaging and timely updates across stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver executive briefings, joint planning decks, and country plans in collaboration with directs and regional leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in enterprise technology
- Demonstrated track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder marketing programs
- Experience driving executive engagement programs — C-suite events, leadership forums, roundtables — with measurable pipeline impact
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills — comfortable operating across C-suite, sales leadership, account executives, and cross-functional teams
- Strong program management abilities with the capacity to run multiple workstreams simultaneously across India and ASEAN
- Sharp communicator — able to synthesize complex data into crisp executive narratives, briefings, and leadership updates
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs, pipeline contribution, and program ROI
