About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold calling across existing Salesforce customers and net new logos in an assigned territory
- Partner with account teams to identify and source pipeline by researching lines of business, personas, and key decision makers
- Manage and nurture inbound leads and early-stage opportunities driven by outbound efforts
- Participate in an intensive sales training program designed to build the foundational skills needed for a long-term career in sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and account research across a mix of new and existing accounts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage decision makers at multiple levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals and metrics
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Experience with account planning and working a hybrid list of net-new and existing install accounts
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
