About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver solutions that transform customers’ businesses and their experiences
Work with teams to discover, design, code and deploy Salesforce Platform solutions
Demonstrate technical thought leadership of customer and partner engagements
Evaluate and implement technical solutions for customers
Lead the evaluation of business and technical requirements from a senior level
Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems
Build relationships with business partners, contributing to broader goals beyond a single engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of experience minimum in IT space
Hands-on technical and solution implementation experience in a relevant software domain, as well as coding experience in object oriented languages.
Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
Ability to support customers and project members in rationalizing and deploying emerging technology.
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
Ability to learn new technologies as well as good presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
Proficiency in both English AND Italian languages
Strong background in object-oriented programming (e.g., Java) and understanding of REST/SOAP API design, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
