Productivity Manager
SalesforceEnablement Business Partner executing sales enablement strategies at Salesforce. Supporting the execution of programs to enhance seller productivity and education across various metrics.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensures the execution and deployment of the Enablement Strategy and programs for the aligned Sales Organization
- Analyzes and interprets key sales metrics, to identify gaps & define the most relevant Enablement programs required to impact business metrics
- Partners closely with Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, Field Readiness and Marketing to drive an integrated enablement annual and quarterly plan
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years combined experience in Sales and Sales Enablement function
- Analytical skill set to drive insights from data to measure the impact of enablement programs at scale
- Strong executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills
- Strong execution & entrepreneurial mindset - you get it done and own your business
- Ability to facilitate training both in person & virtual
- Fluent in English & Portuguese
