Key responsibilities & impact- Drive quantifiable business impact across complex multi-org Signature customers
- Maintain a continual focus on the customer’s business goals
- Act as a primary strategic partner to improve customer adoption and technical health

- Develop strong working knowledge of Salesforce’s major solutions

Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of relevant industry expertise in Customer Success, SaaS platform use, or related strategic consulting fields
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle objections and navigate complicated discussions
- Salesforce product certifications are a plus (AI Associate, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Specialist)
