About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
Build reusable accelerators, playbooks, and reference architectures
Conduct feasibility research on novel use cases
Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions
Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects
Follow and help define coding standards
Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or equivalent proven experience required
10 + years of Salesforce platform experience with minimum 2 years of experience as Architect
Demonstrated experience deploying AI/LLM-based solutions
Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Agentforce projects/AI Projects
Expertise supporting agent deployment, testing, and release management
Strong diagnostic and problem decomposition instincts
Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite
Strong background in design/development of large web-based systems
Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
