About the role

  • Produce trusted, approachable, high-quality Trailhead content
  • Review and shape Trailhead badge content, ensuring adherence to guidelines and brand voice
  • Work with writers and stakeholders across 30+ teams
  • Serve as project manager for each Trailhead badge and lead writers through the process
  • Maintain and update published content and badge records in the release app
  • Manage content development through rounds of edits, revisions, and testing
  • Develop learner-focused content that is accessible, aspirational, educational, and relevant
  • Demonstrate communication, diplomacy, leadership, and judgment while meeting deadlines

Requirements

  • Accomplished and skilled editor/writer of technical content
  • Minimum 5 years professional editing or writing experience
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment on a fast-paced team
  • Ability to balance high standards for quality with the need to get to market
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about helping people learn
  • Experience with education technology (preferred)
  • Experience with developer or technical content (preferred)
  • Experience with instructional design or curriculum development (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Trailhead (preferred)
