Evolve market intelligence capabilities by identifying, analyzing, and interpreting market trends using real-time data sources, including aggregated offer data, public filings, and advanced analytics.
Develop predictive insights and strategic scenarios to forecast future salary trends and skill-based pay premiums, especially for AI talent.
Act as a strategic advisor, deconstructing complex market dynamics (country trend analysis, skill based compensation insights, job architectures) and translating them into actionable go-to-market strategies for business and recruiting partners.
Drive operational excellence: own and enhance the analytical engine, manage salary benchmarking and survey submission processes, and increase efficiency through automation and standardization.
Empower partners with self-service intelligence by contributing to the development and scaling of self-service tools that provide trusted, contextual information to Compensation and Benefits partners.
Lead high-priority strategic initiatives, including modeling rewards implications of potential acquisitions and developing retention strategies for critical talent pipelines.
Requirements
4+ years in a highly analytical role where you served as a thought partner to leadership.
Backgrounds in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or a progressive, strategically-focused Total Rewards/Compensation role are ideal.
Proven expertise in translating complex, ambiguous questions into structured, data-driven analyses.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis and modeling using tools like Excel and Google Sheets (required).
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Einstein Analytics) is strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to craft compelling narratives and influence senior leadership.
Business acumen and intellectual curiosity about underlying business challenges.
Ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of autonomy.
Preferred: Deep experience analyzing compensation trends within the technology industry, particularly AI, engineering, or research talent pools.
Preferred: Experience with advanced compensation analysis, analyzing equity structures, and using non-traditional data sources (e.g., SEC filings).
Preferred: Experience working with Workday HRIS, BetterComp, or other advanced Compensation data systems.
