About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a hands-on advisor to the client, supporting workstreams with supervision.
- Work closely with client functional leads, product owners, and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
- Document future state business processes using user stories and process flows.
- Drive solution development (no code and low code configurations), demos and secure client acceptance.
- Identify project risks and issues, and escalate appropriately to project leadership.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Document and complete deployment steps for Go-Live.
- Collaborate on the design and solution architecture of large-scale enterprise solutions while maintaining operational excellence.
- Coach and mentor Jr. Solution Consultant resources assigned to the project.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-level projects throughout the software development life cycle (from planning to go-live), in one or more of the following industries:
- MAE/CBS (Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy / Consumer Business Services - Utilities)
- FINS (Financial Services including Insurance)
- HLS (Healthcare and Life Sciences)
- RCG (Retail Consumer Goods)
- PubSec (Public Sector, Non-profit, and Education)
- Hands-on experience with configuration and analysis on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience participating in discovery sessions, gathering business requirements, and writing user stories.
- Proficiency in documenting business processes using process flow tools and user stories to map out future state processes.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to effectively drive solution demos for clients.
- Detail-oriented individual with strong technical and product knowledge, capable of rapidly learning client business models and industry challenges.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; able to collaborate effectively with client functional leads, technical teams, and architects.
- Must be a team player with a proven track record of executing key deliverables within complex, multi-workstream enterprise engagements.
- Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in a Technology, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent demonstrable work experience.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience.
- Proven results delivering customer ROI and business outcomes using agile methodologies.
