Key responsibilities & impact

Define the 'single source of truth' strategy for Solution Engineering data
Architect and own scalable dashboards (Tableau, CRM Analytics)
Develop and maintain a clear point of view on SE activity correlation with deal outcomes

Translate complex data into actionable insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

7-10+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, business operations, strategy, or a related field
Deep proficiency in Tableau and CRM Analytics/Einstein Analytics
Strong experience aggregating and manipulating datasets using SQL, SOQL, or similar tools
Proficiency in Snowflake for data querying and exploration
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Experience with Claude, Codex, Cursor, or other similar AI tools
Proven ability to connect data to business outcomes
