About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or related roles
- 10+ years leading SaaS product development programs
- Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience applying AI, automation, or workflow tools to improve business processes
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools, copilots, or intelligent systems
- Ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, business impact
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of Agile and software development lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Track record of improving systems, processes, or operating models
- Hands-on with AI agent frameworks (Claude/Agentforce, MCP tools)—builds, not just directs
- Automated a real workflow end-to-end with AI, with measurable effort saved
- Comfortable scripting to prototype automations and validate AI output
