Responsible for end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions, writing critical code, configuring systems, and troubleshooting issues
Guide and review the work of junior team members to ensure successful deployment and measurable business impact
Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable production systems and architect/deploy LLM-based intelligent agents and automated workflows on Salesforce
Work directly with customers to design and build custom intelligent agents using the Agentforce platform and integrate with customer ecosystems
Own entire data lifecycle: design data models, build processing pipelines, and establish integration strategies
Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical challenges across data integration, model deployment, and agent orchestration
Lead development and innovation on the Agentforce platform; represent voice of the customer in product discussions
Embed with client teams as primary technical advisor and translate needs into technical requirements and solution designs
Perform deep-dive debugging and root cause analysis for system interactions, data flows, and AI model behaviors
Rapidly prototype proofs-of-concept and MVPs; implement and evangelize engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a hands-on, end-to-end delivery role for high-quality, scalable production solutions in a professional environment
Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline
Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex)
Extensive hands-on experience building and deploying solutions with AI/LLM technologies, including integrating LLMs, applying advanced AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), and prompt engineering techniques
Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics, with proficiency in enterprise data platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery)
Demonstrated entrepreneurship and a "get-things-done" attitude with ability to lead technical initiatives
Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
Proven ability to lead technical engagements and mentor junior team members
Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
Preferred: experience developing conversational AI in regulated industries, expert-level Apex and/or Python, prior customer-facing technical lead or architect role, advanced Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect), deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Flows and Lightning Web Components, open-source AI contributions
