Develop and land the story of Salesforce foundational architecture layer, the System of Context
Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to identify disruptive features

Lead the end-to-end comms lifecycle for product launches

Collaborate with global comms leads to ensure product messaging is consistent across regions

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years in communications, with a focus on B2B Tech, SaaS, or AI
Ability to become a true subject-matter expert on topics like RAG, metadata, workflows, and agent orchestration
Proven experience providing counsel to Product and Engineering leaders to refine technical narratives
A no ego, highly collaborative attitude with the ability to pivot as product features or launch dates shift
Exceptional ability to turn complex concepts into compelling, human-centered stories that resonate with tier-1 business and tech media
