Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the entire hiring process from initial sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Source, recruit, and hire high-caliber sales professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house)
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced Sales or GTM recruiting environment
  • Ability to work from the local office a minimum of 3 days a week
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring passive candidates
  • Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to cold-call
  • Ability to successfully deliver on deadlines
