About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the entire hiring process from initial sourcing to offer acceptance
- Source, recruit, and hire high-caliber sales professionals
- Collaborate with Talent Attraction team to accept talent
- Build relationships with Sales leadership teams as a trusted talent advisor
- Partner with internal departments to smoothly drive the recruiting process
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house)
- Proven track record in a fast-paced Sales or GTM recruiting environment
- Ability to work from the local office a minimum of 3 days a week
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities
- Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring passive candidates
- Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to cold-call
- Ability to successfully deliver on deadlines
