About the role
- Partner with Product Management to understand product strategy and roadmaps and distill key functionality and value into core product positioning and messaging
- Build innovative and differentiated product demonstrations based on customers’ top goals and challenges
- Roadmap product strategy to life in launches, new releases, content, campaigns, events, and sales enablement
- Partner closely with campaigns, solution engineering, and other product marketers and drive cross-functional alignment on programs to drive pipeline
- Develop succinct and effective sales training materials (training, FAQs, etc.) for non-technical sales
- Produce and present live demos, messaging, enablement, and demo education to internal, partner and customer audiences
- Keep current with technology trends and incorporate new technologies into keynotes and demos
- Measure success by developing relevant positioning, messaging, and demos that drive sales pipeline and new customers
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, or solution engineering at a high tech company, or similar equivalent
- Experience with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, customer service or homegrown solutions
- Experience building product demos end-to-end, from building compelling narratives to running technical execution in demo videos and demo orgs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present in front of executives, vendors, partners, and customers
- Ability to drive project execution with minimal direction and perform well in dynamic environment
- Phenomenal teammate with an ability to inspire through influence
- Experience building a range of marketing assets, including positioning and messaging, slide pitch-decks, demo videos, and event/webinar content
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, iOS, APIs, Apex, Java
- Experience with design tools such as Figma
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to both domestic and international locations - up to 25%
- Preferred: Video design and editing skills (Adobe Premier, Camtasia, FinalCut)
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms
- Preferred: Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Developer) and Trailhead badges a plus
- Preferred: Application development on the Salesforce Platform
