Key responsibilities & impact

Align innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts
Partner with clients and collaborate with internal team members
Drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions across Salesforce product lines
Solve ambiguous and sophisticated business problems
Convey a deep understanding of the customer's enterprise architecture
Develop technical Points of View (POVs) on AI strategy
Demonstrate through software demos and rapid prototyping
Lead cross-functional solutions guides and share best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a collaborative team to solve technical problems
Deep knowledge of enterprise software applications, relational databases, web technology, integration principles, and process orchestration
Experience with machine learning concepts (predictive and generative AI)
Exceptional executive presence with solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness and ability to travel based on territory alignment
Proven experience working in a customer-facing role
Industry experience in Healthcare Payers (understanding of regulatory requirements, risk mitigation, and security)
Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Health Cloud) and/or previous experience as a solution/sales engineer
