Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with key stakeholders and Chief Procurement Officer to develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy.
Continuously assess and adjust the strategy to respond to market dynamics and industry trends.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers.
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, pricing, and performance.
Drive agentic transformation and process streamlining in Sourcing & Procurement organizations
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain visibility, flexibility, and responsiveness.
Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in procurement leadership roles with a track record of delivering measurable results.
Strategic and transformational thinker.
Experience with process automation and agentic transformation
Adept at navigating and building relationships in large, matrixed organizations.
Ability to influence senior management and key stakeholders by communicating the org’s vision and accomplishments.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with procurement software and data analytics tools.
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement.
Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
Strong communication, executive engagement, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated commitment to ethical and sustainable procurement practices.
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
