About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, drive and grow sales for Banking, Wealth & Asset Management and Insurance vertical
  • Assume leadership of a growing sales organization, including Regional Vice Presidents and Account Executives
  • Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy to generate annual growth in ACV bookings
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for growing the company’s Strategic Financial Services vertical focus and customer base
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management
  • Plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels
  • Work cross-functionally with all field teams (Account Development, Solution Engineering, Consulting Services, Customer Success, Channels, etc)
  • Establish trusted relationships with key corporate teams, including; industry marketing, product development, product management and recruiting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years in software and/or applications sales
  • Proven relationships with key stakeholders across the Financial Services industry preferred
  • Strong track record of recruiting, developing and retaining an impactful sales organization
  • Strong operational and analytical abilities
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
  • Value based, customer outcome focused sales motion
  • Experience selling cloud based enterprise applications is strongly preferred
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
