About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the architectural design and technical implementation of critical, large-scale systems
- Build and ship high-quality, production-grade software using modern engineering practices
- Design and orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows
- Contribute to building and maintaining the shared system context
- Critically evaluate code (Human or AI-generated) for correctness, quality, security, and performance
- Drive technical excellence and innovation across the organization by establishing high standards for code quality
- Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software development and large-scale system architecture
- Mastery of multiple programming languages and design patterns used in enterprise systems (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Go, Node.JS, Scala, C#)
- Broad knowledge of web standards related to APIs, such as REST, SOAP, WSDL, HTTP, JSON, etc.
- Solid understanding of relational and non-relational database technologies (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB) and experience with ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- A demonstrated, genuine AI-first approach to engineering
- Advanced prompt engineering skills and the ability to write precise, structured prompts
- Ability to participate in the team's on-call rotation to address complex problems in real time and maintain highly available services.
