About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Developing and executing against a comprehensive account/territory plan
  • Driving sales in a defined territory and/or account list to achieve revenue targets
  • Facilitating every stage in the sales cycle, from initial discovery to pitching solutions
  • Prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business deals with Commercial-sized organizations (500-2500 people)
  • Actively working identified target accounts while building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with key partners such as Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product and Success
  • Understanding the competition to strategically speak to the company's place in the market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS full cycle sales
  • Experience selling into organizations >500 people with an ICP of marketing and sales leaders
  • 2+ years within MarTech
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of overachievement (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)
  • Proven ability to lead an effective sales process and close new business
  • An ability to articulate and sell the business value of MQLs, lead generation, conversions to the business of all sizes
  • Excellent thought leadership traits with the ability to successfully drive a value-based sales cycle
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills with an ability to interface and develop productive C-level relationships
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as Zoom, Webex and other comparable tools
