Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 9 years of legal experience
- Strong experience supporting complex commercial technology transactions
- Solid experience supporting public sector contracting in India
- Exceptional contract negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills
- Strong interest in emerging technologies and evolving technology-driven business models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
