About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and evolve the Commerce Cloud operating model
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and EVP/SVP-level stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making and risk mitigation
  • Drive high-cadence forums and "Deep Dive" reviews to unblock technical hurdles, streamline advance release planning, and ensure business-critical milestones are met
  • Act as a catalyst for change within Product & Technology, fostering a culture of "Beginner’s Mind" innovation while maintaining the rigor of a world-class SaaS delivery engine
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the Agentforce Commerce Cloud portfolio, ensuring complex dependencies across scrum teams and divisions are seamlessly integrated
  • Recruit, mentor, and elevate a world-class team of TPMs, scaling their impact and aligning their growth with Salesforce’s long-term AI strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10–15+ years of professional experience leading large-scale enterprise product programs in a fast-paced environment
  • 5+ years of people management experience at the Director level or above, with a proven track record of building high-output teams
  • Comprehensive understanding of the SaaS business model and Agile/Scrum software development lifecycles (SDLC) at massive scale
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to drive consensus across a global, matrixed organization
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Master’s or MBA preferred.
