About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end programs by aligning teams on scope, release planning, vision, and business goals
- Drive delivery using Agile methodologies
- Facilitate executive Steering Committees to resolve blockers
- Build and maintain partnerships with key functional stakeholders
- Run cross-functional syncs to proactively map dependencies
- Provide ongoing program visibility through push status reporting
- Manage feature and program dependencies across multiple teams
- Deliver monthly program reviews
- Champion AI productivity and automation tools
- Foster a collaborative environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years leading complex software or business technology programs
- at least 2 years on enterprise-scale initiatives
- Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to build credibility with senior executives
- Experience facilitating executive-level forums
- A foundation in TPM practice
- Curiosity or hands-on experience using AI tools
