Senior Manager, Partner Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and develop strategic relationships with system integrator partners and resellers operating in Italy
- Co-design and execute joint market strategies aligned to Salesforce's Agentforce and AI platform
- Enable and train partner sales and technical teams on Salesforce's latest offerings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Italy's field sales, Solutions Engineering (SE), marketing, and industry advisor teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–10+ years of experience in partner or alliance management, channel sales, or field sales in Italy
- Deep knowledge of the Italian enterprise technology market and key verticals
- Proven ability to drive revenue through system integrator, reseller, or ISV partner models
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders within partner and customer organizations
- Business fluency in both Italian and English
