About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Learn Tableau’s production tech stack to improve availability, resiliency and performance
- Lead incident responders as an Incident Commander
- Participate in Virtual teams to execute on projects and deliverables
- Utilize automation strategies and AI skills to reduce operational toil
- Provide technical leadership at a component or service scope
Requirements
What you’ll need- FIVE (5) or more years industry experience developing and/or supporting globally distributed production environments in a SaaS, e-Commerce or similar environment
- Proven experience leveraging AI and automation for monitoring and data analysis
- Knowledge of SRE Toolsets such as Terraform, Spinnaker
- Solid development skills with Java, Python and development tools (IDE, command line, GIT)
- Experience in leading projects across development teams, particularly using Agile methodologies
