About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver deal structuring and pricing support for our sales verticals
  • Mitigate risks and find improvement opportunities within transactions
  • Generate solutions that help the Deal Strategy and Pricing team scale
  • Provide thought leadership to develop innovative deal structures
  • Act as a large deal advisor on key deals and support negotiations
  • Guide sales on the pros/cons of a wide range of deal structures
  • Develop best practices for pricing and business terms
  • Complete project work to meet function and company goals
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations departments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of professional experience
  • Outstanding analytical background with strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly effective communication skills, including written and verbal
  • Ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively to get results
  • Capable of explaining concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organization
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Adept at thinking on your feet amidst ambiguity
  • Proven experience leading and influencing at various levels across the organization
  • Fluency in both English and Italian is essential
