About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver deal structuring and pricing support for our sales verticals
Mitigate risks and find improvement opportunities within transactions
Generate solutions that help the Deal Strategy and Pricing team scale
Provide thought leadership to develop innovative deal structures
Act as a large deal advisor on key deals and support negotiations
Guide sales on the pros/cons of a wide range of deal structures
Develop best practices for pricing and business terms
Complete project work to meet function and company goals
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations departments

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of professional experience
Outstanding analytical background with strong problem-solving skills
Highly effective communication skills, including written and verbal
Ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively to get results
Capable of explaining concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organization
High level of attention to detail
Adept at thinking on your feet amidst ambiguity
Proven experience leading and influencing at various levels across the organization
Fluency in both English and Italian is essential
