About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver deal structuring and pricing support for our sales verticals
- Mitigate risks and find improvement opportunities within transactions
- Generate solutions that help the Deal Strategy and Pricing team scale
- Provide thought leadership to develop innovative deal structures
- Act as a large deal advisor on key deals and support negotiations
- Guide sales on the pros/cons of a wide range of deal structures
- Develop best practices for pricing and business terms
- Complete project work to meet function and company goals
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations departments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of professional experience
- Outstanding analytical background with strong problem-solving skills
- Highly effective communication skills, including written and verbal
- Ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively to get results
- Capable of explaining concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organization
- High level of attention to detail
- Adept at thinking on your feet amidst ambiguity
- Proven experience leading and influencing at various levels across the organization
- Fluency in both English and Italian is essential
