About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full sales cycle across a portfolio of nonprofit accounts
  • Develop and execute long-term account strategies
  • Drive pipeline and close enterprise deals
  • Build deep relationships with key stakeholders across nonprofit organisations
  • Collaborate with internal Salesforce teams including Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and product specialists
  • Maintain strong forecasting discipline and pipeline management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 or more years of full-cycle Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Skilled at building trusted relationships with C-level executives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Comfortable travelling as required for customer engagement
