About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and drive the multi-year strategic roadmap for the GDC in partnership with the VP/SVP of Global Delivery and PS leadership
- Translate the Professional Services business strategy into GDC-specific priorities, operational plans, and measurable outcomes
- Lead strategic planning cycles ensuring alignment across GDC Practices
- Monitor industry trends in professional services delivery
- Lead large-scale transformation programs focused on Talent Strategy and operational efficiency
- Establish governance cadences and frameworks to ensure accountability
- Own change management for GDC-wide transformation initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 16+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or programs roles — ideally within professional services, consulting, or a global technology company
- Masters in Business Administration
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs in a global, matrixed environment
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insight into action
- Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills — comfortable presenting to C-suite and global leadership audiences
