About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as lead producer on our internal short-form video series
- Proactively brainstorm and pitch innovative ideas for new programs
- Own the full communications strategy and execution for our marquee internal events
- Write, edit, and refine a wide range of internal communications
- Lead operations for the internal short-form video program
- Provide ongoing data analysis and KPI dashboard management
- Support the distribution of content across the company
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of relevant experience in communications or marketing
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Hands-on experience across the video production lifecycle
- Proven ability to build and manage complex, fluid communications plans for large-scale events or campaigns
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technology concepts
- Strong understanding of data analytics and content performance measurement
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, culture-first mindset
- Self-starter who can work independently and seek out answers
- Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced, global tech environment
- Familiarity with Slack as a communications platform
- Experience working with external contractors or video production teams
- Proficiency in editing software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, CapCut)
- A Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
