Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives to ensure Lead-to-Cash ecosystem is operationally ready
Collaborate with product managers to assess product readiness and mitigate risks
Design solution recommendations and detect operational gaps
Deeply understand Lead-to-Cash operations and assist with release management
Build reports and analyze large datasets to optimize system performance
Act as a self-directed, team-oriented leader capable of translating needs into successful project outcomes
Gain cross-functional agreement on business requirements and track project milestones

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM and CPQ
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros)
5+ years of experience in complex business environments, with a preference for Quote-to-Cash or New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
Practical understanding of how Generative AI or Predictive Analytics can be applied to streamline business operations
Proven experience applying project management frameworks (PMP or PRINCE2 preferred)
Experience staging and deploying configuration data and managing production incidents
Ability to design scalable "future-state" processes that improve system stability and cross-functional reporting
Effective written and verbal skills
A self-starter who thrives on resolving complex problems
A collaborative attitude focused on empowerment and achieving results within cross-functional teams.
