About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute long-term account strategy for a portfolio of high-priority Canadian Federal and Provincial government accounts
  • Own executive-level relationships with Deputy Ministers, CIOs, CTOs, and senior program leadership
  • Lead pursuit strategy and deal shaping on large, complex, multi-year services engagements
  • Develop and negotiate complex Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and Change Orders
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with License AEs, SEs, CSMs, and PS Delivery leadership
  • Accurately forecast large, multi-phase opportunities and maintain rigorous pipeline discipline in Salesforce CRM
  • Mentor and guide junior Account Partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ years of experience in technology sales, consulting sales, or professional services
  • Demonstrated success owning and closing large, complex, multi-year SOW-based services engagements (deal sizes $5M+) in a Canadian government context
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French required (written and spoken)
  • Strong familiarity with the Salesforce platform and ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Industry Clouds, MuleSoft, Tableau, etc.)
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada; Secret or Top Secret security clearance strongly preferred
