Requirements

What you’ll need

Equivalent of 15+ years of product management
At least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP/SVP)
Managing large, global product organizations
Unmatched expertise in the B2C e-commerce, retail technology, and digital payments landscape
Proven experience managing platforms that process high-volume GMV
Strong understanding of headless commerce, composable architecture (MACH), and omnichannel unified commerce strategies
Deep understanding of the architecture behind AI-driven products (LLMs, vector search, semantic embeddings)
Track record of owning product strategy for AI-driven search, discovery, or personalization experiences
Ability to define the big picture while sweating the details
Exceptionally strong communication skills
