About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with executive sales leaders, sales teams, and sales managers to understand their pipe generation and progression needs
- Develop and implement sales programs to meet those needs
- Measure results and adapt sales programs
- Work closely with Sales Programs team members to execute strategy for collective business needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-7+ years of experience in supporting a sales organization through programs, enablement, strategy, or operations or management consulting
- Salesforce reporting & dashboarding experience is preferred
- Experience monitoring pipeline metrics/data for trends, opportunities, and issues
- Proven ability to create compelling executive narratives and messaging
- Experience getting C-level executives and senior stakeholders onboard with recommendations
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Comfortable analyzing data and speaking with salespeople
- Experience managing a large, diverse workload and developing programs
