Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with executive sales leaders, sales teams, and sales managers to understand their pipe generation and progression needs
  • Develop and implement sales programs to meet those needs
  • Measure results and adapt sales programs
  • Work closely with Sales Programs team members to execute strategy for collective business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-7+ years of experience in supporting a sales organization through programs, enablement, strategy, or operations or management consulting
  • Salesforce reporting & dashboarding experience is preferred
  • Experience monitoring pipeline metrics/data for trends, opportunities, and issues
  • Proven ability to create compelling executive narratives and messaging
  • Experience getting C-level executives and senior stakeholders onboard with recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable analyzing data and speaking with salespeople
  • Experience managing a large, diverse workload and developing programs
