About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the identification, operationalization, and measurement of sales programs targeting new revenue and attrition risk.
- Partner closely with aligned EMEA and APAC sales and renewals teams, serving as a reliable resource and point of contact.
- Build reports and dashboards to track program performance and surface insights for senior leadership.
- Assist in preparing executive-ready presentations summarizing program impact, successes, and opportunities.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects representing the Success Plans team and help drive strategy forward.
- Navigate time zone complexity and regional nuance to effectively support globally distributed teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with or supporting international/regional sales or Go-To-Market teams preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships across functions and manage competing priorities
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
- Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with comfort working in data — Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce reports, Tableau or similar
- Understanding of business metrics and ability to connect program activity to strategic goals
- Comfortable utilizing AI tools to drive efficiency and scale in Sales Programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing presentations or executive summaries
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across regions and time zones
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, globally distributed environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce products and platform a plus
- Experience working across EMEA and/or APAC markets, or comfort navigating cross-cultural and cross-regional dynamics, a plus
