Be a trusted Agentforce + Data Cloud subject-matter expert for the broader Success Architect organization
Engage with our Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture
Facilitate and influence Executive stakeholders while aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI
Run playbooks aligned with our Success Architect engagement catalog
Build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be fluent in Portuguese (aural + written)
Demonstrated success leading at least two full-lifecycle implementations of enterprise Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes focusing on data & integration architecture
Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices
Excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely
Degree or equivalent experience required.
