About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and manage AI agents for Release Marketing
- Own the editing, governance, and QA of AI-generated outputs across Release Marketing
- Serve as Program Manager for the end-to-end Release Marketing program
- Own and maintain the Release Planning Single Source of Truth (SSOT)
- Onboard new Cloud and Industry participants into the release cycle
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Release Marketing team and PMM/IMM leads
- Support the execution of initiatives that advance the demo strategy across Release Readiness, social, and events programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in program or project management in a fast-paced marketing or product environment
- Hands-on experience building, deploying, or managing AI agents and automation tools
- Strong understanding of AI-generated content governance and quality assurance processes
- Exceptional organizational skills with experience owning shared planning documents, trackers, or SSOTs across large stakeholder groups
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and serve as a credible, trusted liaison
- Familiarity with Salesforce's product portfolio and release cadence is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- A collaborative spirit and comfort operating in ambiguity, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
