Key responsibilities & impact- Drive partner-led growth within the Retail & Consumer Goods (RCG) segment
- Maximize partner-driven contribution to the segment’s overall business
- Engage deeply with the partner ecosystem to co-create, position, and scale Salesforce-based solutions
- Act as a critical bridge between business objectives and partner capabilities
- Accelerate partner readiness, strengthen go-to-market (GTM) execution, and drive measurable revenue impact
Requirements
What you’ll need- 14-18 years of experience across alliances & channels, sales, Salesforce consulting, or advisory roles
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across organizations
- Ability to think strategically and develop compelling plans for new initiatives
- Experience working with or managing partners, alliances, or channel relationships
- Track record of driving GTM programs and partner-led growth
- Working knowledge of Salesforce technology and SaaS, PaaS, and aPaaS markets
