About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end programmatic follow-up tool for marketing engagement including roll out to Strategic Events
- Incubate and scale AI tools for Programs & Strategic teams: gather best practices and co-develop infrastructure for Salesforce on Salesforce solutions on a Global scale
- Lead agentic interface development: collaborate cross-functionally on shared Agentic functionality
- Maintain and enhance global programs tracking infrastructure
- Provide expert-level support to global users across our portfolio of tools through tickets & office hours
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years of professional experience in Sales Strategy, Program or Product Management roles
- Product Management Excellence
- Understanding of enterprise infrastructure: Data 360 (Data Cloud), Snowflake, Airflow
- Salesforce business acumen: proven experience working with Sales data and processes
- Build trust with diverse stakeholders in a global, matrix environment
- Commit to helping users until their problem is 100% solved
