About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

drive scalable solutions to improve efficiency and productivity across the AMER Business Development organization
leverage technical background to model ROI and quantify impact
optimize technology usage within Salesforce to support outbound BDR motions
identify challenges and deliver data-driven solutions
write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets
build and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key performance metrics
partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data models
ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and monitoring
support ad hoc data requests and analysis to inform strategic initiatives
create and deliver executive-level presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
strong foundation in SQL, Python, and Tableau
experience in quantitative analysis, leveraging tools like Google Sheets
excellent communication and presentation skills
strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs
demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
highly organized with strong project management capabilities
detail-oriented and adaptable
experience with Salesforce CRM (Admin certification a plus)
