About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the reliability roadmap for major product areas.
  • Partner with PMTS-level engineers to refine infrastructure strategy.
  • Maintain and evolve automated environments.
  • Support scaling of AI/ML infrastructure.
  • Lead the hardening of observability stack.
  • Deep-dive into SQL optimization, API latency, and cross-service communication.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining shared system context.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in SRE, Production Engineering, or Backend Engineering with a heavy focus on operations and scale.
  • Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform/OpenTofu, and AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Ability to write and review production-level code in Golang, TypeScript, or Python.
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, including how to debug complex interactions between microservices, databases, and AI agents.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, etc.) in development workflows.
  • Advanced prompt engineering skills and ability to write precise prompts.
