About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner closely with the Salesforce Sales team to source, qualify, and close Agentforce opportunities
- Lead comprehensive discovery conversations to uncover customer needs
- Craft and present compelling Points of View (POVs) relating Agentforce's capabilities to business value
- Collaborate across cross-functional Salesforce teams to enhance customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in mid-market or commercial B2B technical sales
- Deep knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts
- Experience selling AI-driven customer engagement solutions
- Experience with the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud)
- Strong ability to conduct in-depth technical discovery and present to both technical and non-technical audiences
