About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Connect with business leaders to understand their challenges and show how MuleSoft and Salesforce can help them grow
- Build and manage a pipeline of new and existing customers, from first conversation to closed deal
- Partner with C-suite decision-makers to match their business needs to the right solutions across multiple lines of business
- Collaborate with a large internal team — including solution engineers and product experts — to build winning strategies for your customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a customer-facing sales role, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and simply
- Experience working directly with clients or customers in a professional setting
- Ability to work cross-functionally and navigate a large extended team
- 2-5 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 1 year in a field sales role and a proven track record of hitting goals
- Experience selling to senior leaders and C-suite executives
- Ability to build a business case and demonstrate clear return on investment (ROI) to customers
- Experience managing and growing both existing accounts and new logo relationships
