IT Product Manager, CPQ

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate goals and requirements into a clear product vision, roadmap, wireframes, and demos
- Analyze gaps between current and future state, prioritize features based on strategic goals, user feedback, and business impact
- Serve as the voice of the customer in feature grooming and sprint planning, ensuring the engineering team delivers on business expectations
- Own and maintain a continuous feedback loop with end users, gathering insights to drive ongoing product improvements
- Conduct user research to surface emerging trends, pain points, and opportunities across the Quote-to-Cash landscape
- Lead functional testing, E2E, and UAT efforts to validate that deliverables meet quality standards and user needs
- Coordinate with stakeholders outside of technology — including end customers, change management, and legal — and guide the team through key milestones
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of product management or related industry experience
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle and Quote-to-Cash business processes
- Familiarity with Generative / Agentic AI and tools such as NotebookLM, Gemini, or Cursor
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, design, and vision
- Experience defining product requirements and translating them into actionable product solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
